Renewable Energy Power Generation

Renewable energy grid-connected power generation projects: hydropower (installed capacity not exceeding 15MW), wind power, photovoltaic, solar thermal, biomass, geothermal, etc. located in UN LDCs. In principle, the installed capacity of hydropower and biomass power generation projects should be more than 5MW, and the installed  capacity of other types of projects should be more than 10MW.

• Africa: Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (DRC), Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia.

• Asia: Afghanistan, Bhutan, Laos, Timor-Leste, Nepal, Yemen, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia.

• Oceania: Vanuatu, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Solomon Islands.

• North America: Haiti
